SHAN BELIEVES IN…
Standing in the gap
Advocate for others and if you’re able, make up the difference. In life, we are all dealt a different hand and in some seasons we may have more or less capacity than our typical baseline. You’ll never regret making a commitment to support others when they need us most.
Giving others the tools.
Never underestimate the impact of empowering others by giving them the tools they need to succeed. Whether it’s at work or in your community, using your time, talent, and treasure to invest in the future of others is always worthwhile.
Facing the storm.
What others run away from, you can face with boldness. A willingness to confront change, challenge, and complexity head on will produce a resilience and light from within that cannot be dimmed.
